Attend a course
Vedic Meditation is taught in Mosman over a weekend, Sat & Sun, from 1-5pm each day. You’ll receive a personal mantra, explore the mechanics of meditation, the science of stress, and how to make it effortless. By the end you’ll be a confident meditator with lifelong access to our global community and ongoing support.
Group Meditation Online
Once you’ve learnt Vedic Meditation, join us each week for online group meditation—an opportunity to deepen your practice, receive Vedic knowledge, and meditate in community. Sessions are held Saturdays at 6pm EST (New York) and Sundays at 8am AEST (Sydney) via Zoom. Contact us get the zoom link.
