What is Rounding?
Rounding is a gentle restorative practice designed to drop you into deep rest. It helps release fatigue and stress stored in the body, bringing clarity, calm, and balance.
It’s a gentle sequence of:
Asana (floor yoga postures) to open and release the body
Pranayama (breathing) to settle the nervous system
Vedic Meditation to drop into profound stillness
Just one round can feel like a week’s worth of stress has melted away.
What is Breathwork?
Our Breathwork technique clears the nervous system of emotional debris. You will be taken on a musical journey with us, as you breathe to:
Process emotions like anger, grief, or sadness
Expand creativity, intuition, and self-expression
Decrease anxiety, frustration, and overwhelm
It’s a powerful reset that leaves you clearer, lighter, and more connected to yourself.

Rounding instruction led by Jo & George followed by 2 group rounds to drop you out of your head and into your body.
Breathwork Healing Session led by Jo & George, to clear the decks for a great week ahead.
