Vedic Meditation & Panchkarma Retreat Rishikesh India 16th-30th November 2026
Immerse Yourself in Meditation and Ayurveda in India’s Sacred Landscape
This journey has been designed as a gradual descent into stillness, care, and ancient tradition. We begin our time together in northern India with a day at the Taj Mahal, allowing space to arrive, acclimate, and mark the transition from everyday life into a more intentional rhythm. From there, our trusted local guide leads us north into the Himalayas. As the terrain rises and the pace slows, we arrive in Rishikesh, a place long known as a sanctuary for inner exploration and healing. Here, we settle into a ten-day Panchakarma immersion supported by Vedic Meditation, Ayurvedic therapies, and a deeply restorative daily routine. Each day is structured around the practice of Rounding, a sequence that combines meditation, gentle movement, and breath in a specific order designed to dissolve accumulated stress and support nervous system repair. Practiced daily, Rounding allows the body to settle beyond effort and thinking, creating the conditions for deep rest and inner coherence. The practices are guided and adaptable, making them accessible whether you are new to meditation or well established in your practice.Ayurvedic treatments and nourishing vegetarian meals form a central part of the experience. These therapies are selected to support detoxification, digestion, and physiological balance, helping the body release long-held tension and experience a sense of ease that extends well beyond the retreat itself.Alongside the retreat container, we spend time engaging with the living spiritual culture of Rishikesh. Visits to temples and ashrams, and time along the Ganges, offer a felt sense of India’s sacred traditions while remaining fully supported and guided throughout the journey. From the moment you arrive in India, every practical detail is taken care of. Transfers, accommodation, daily structure, and support are thoughtfully arranged so you can step out of responsibility and into receiving. This is an invitation to be deeply held while reconnecting with yourself in a place that has supported seekers for thousands of years.16 November – 30 November 2026 Rishikesh, India 14 nights · 15 days

A Return to the Memory of Wholeness
A journey to India stays with you, unfolding slowly over time.
Deep Rest, Regulation, and Inner Coherence
This retreat offers a guided return to simplicity through daily meditation and rounding. Each participant is supported within a personalised framework designed to meet the nervous system where it is, while gently inviting deeper states of rest and awareness. Practiced consistently, this approach supports the release of accumulated stress and allows nervous system to de-excite naturally, without effort or force.
Ayurvedic Care and Panchakarma
Our Panchakarma immersion takes place in the Himalayan foothills, within a traditional Ayurvedic setting designed to support detoxification, nourishment, and nervous system repair.
On arrival, you will meet with an experienced Ayurvedic doctor who will assess your constitution and prescribe a personalised treatment plan. This plan guides your therapies, meals, and daily rhythm throughout the retreat.
Daily treatments are carefully selected to support digestion, circulation, and the release of stored tension. Combined with freshly prepared vegetarian meals aligned with Ayurvedic principles, this creates the conditions for deep restoration of body and mind.
Accommodation is simple, quiet, and comfortable, allowing the focus to remain on rest and healing.
Hosted by The Vedic Vault
We’re Jo and George, two Vedic Meditation teachers who’s souls took different roads, but somehow landed at the same vault. We have one powerful thing in common: we’ve both been through some heavy stuff—and turned it into gold. And we know how to hold space for you, while you do the same.
